We will also offer reduced rate accomodation at a nearby hotel (Hampton Inn & Suites, $142 / night). Parking is provided with on-campus housing. Parking for a fee is possible in Grant Street parking garage (2 minutes from Course venue)

Dietary Restrictions? Please explain.We expect to provide a daily simple breakfast, and a food voucher will be provided for students to cover some lunch and dinner expenses. There will be food provided at the welcome reception and at the picnic.

Do you have any special access requirements?All dedicated venues are handicap accessible (ground floor or elevator), but some spaces might require extra preparation (e.g. in labs).

If you wish to be considered for a studentship award please submit a personal statement at the end of this application explaining what you hope to achieve from the course. You must be enrolled in a Bachelors, Masters or Ph.D. level program at the time of the course (June 2026) in order to be eligible for a studentship award.
